* Date
March 21
* Speaker
KASI ALMA TEAM
* Title
ALMA Cycle-7 proposal Townhall meeting
* Abstract

ALMA consists of 50 12-m antennas with a baseline up to 16km, an additional 12 7-m ACA (Atacama Compact Array) and 4 12-m Total Power Array. The productivity of ALMA is 1 paper per day at the moment. In 2019, ALMA Cycle 7 Call for Proposal is now open and the deadline is on April 17, 2019. Cycle 7 observations will start on October 2019 and span 12 months. The available time of 12-m Array is 4300 hours and 3000 hours are assigned for ACA (Atacama Compact Array) (https://almascience.nrao.edu/news/alma-cycle-7-pre-announcement). To help your ALMA proposal preparation, ALMA Group will introduce the ALMA Cycle 7 proposer’s guide and ALMA science highlights.
