만족스러운 연구실 생활을 위해 갖춰져야할 조건 중에는 ‘연구실 사람들과의 관계’가 꽤 큰 비중을 차지합니다. 특강 시간을 통해 나도 누군가에게 상처주고 있었던 부분이 없었는지 점검해보고, 연구실 사람들과 잘 지낼 수 있는 소통 방법을 함께 배워보고, 서로 이해하는 폭이 넒어지는 시간이 되었으면 좋겠습니다.
